What is SCEE, and how does it differ from rankings?

SCEE is a developmental assessment of school readiness with school-specific feedback. The directory helps users explore information; it is not a competitive league table.

Can schools without interactive displays take part?

The manual allows schools without smart-classroom technology to participate for developmental guidance. Check the annual eligibility and application schedule.

Does the 2026 list mean the schools are certified?

No. The 13 schools are participating in the programme. Scores and recognition levels for 2026 have not yet been announced.

Why do some score fields show a dash rather than zero?

A dash means no publishable result is available. Zero is an actual rubric score and has a different meaning. Missing values are not plotted as zero.

Are A–E dimensions or recognition levels?

Both uses exist. In dimension dashboards A–E identify five categories; recognition levels A–E describe total-score bands. Read the labels in each section.

What is the score scale?

Each dimension has a maximum of 4 points and a 20% weight, for a total of 20. School results show the published information for each annual cycle.

Does completing the checklist submit an assessment?

No. It is a preparation tool stored in the user’s browser. It does not submit data to SCEE or determine official recognition.

Do the research articles demonstrate SCEE pupil outcomes?

No. They are external studies in specified contexts, informing teaching and development design rather than reporting SCEE outcomes.

How can a school request a correction?

Contact the EICD secretariat with the school page, correction and supporting source. The secretariat will review requests to update school information or images.

Why do some source labels remain in Thai on the English site?

Some document and source labels retain their original Thai names for traceability. Schools may contact the secretariat to update their English names.
