SCEE — Smart Classroom Equity Excellence evaluates institutional readiness and provides developmental feedback across infrastructure, pedagogy, teacher capacity, management and equitable access.
The manual defines a smart classroom as an active-learning environment that combines interactive displays or equivalent technology with digital systems and resources, with access for all learner groups.

TWO DISTINCT CYCLES
Two cycles, one purpose
Pilot cycle
Manual scope: Bangkok and Samut Prakan; public and private primary and secondary schools. Duration: 1 November 2025–31 May 2026.

The separate ceremony schedule says 7 May 2026; the original manual says 25 May. These sources are kept distinct.
Nationwide programme scope
Manual scope: public and private secondary schools nationwide. Duration: 13 July 2026–23 January 2027.
There are 13 listed schools in the 2026 participation cycle, with results yet to be announced. The manual sets a target of at least 30 schools.
